Magic Mirror™ wayfinding software was built on the 2D floor plan which provides an easily understandable positioning. The wayfinding experience started with a “You are here” spot on the floor map to indicates user’s current location, where users can pan and zoom to explore the stores or places nearby with interactive information.

Quick reference buttons are available in the wayfinding software to facilitate users in finding the access or facilities such as elevators, concierge counters, ATMs, restrooms, etc. Simply tap on the reference button and selected facilities will be displayed on the floor plan.

As soon as the destination is selected, the shortest route will be calculated and an animated path will be displayed on the floor plan, visualising the directional route to destination from the current location. Users can select other stores within the same category without having to leave the page.
